.. 这些线以这种方式重复了几个小时所以看起来洗牌/排序阶段进行得很快,但在那之后,它只是减少阶段爬行,百分比缓慢增加,但需要数小时才能完成任务。

这是hadoop2.0.0-cdh4.3.0版本。它的高可用性有3个zookeeper节点、2个namenodes和35个datanode。Yarn未安装。使用hbase,oozie。工作主要是通过Hive和色调。
每个数据节点有2个物理CPU,每个CPU有22个核心。超线程已启用。
如果你需要更多的信息,请告诉我。我的猜测是可能我需要更多的缩减器,有mapred-site.xml设置需要调整,可能map阶段的输入数据太大,或者hive查询需要编写得更好。我是hadoop的新管理员,任何详细的建议都很好。
