我无法在UbuntuLinux12.04和Python2.7上安装happybase。我试过了 pip install happybase . 但我犯了个错误。有人能告诉我我做错了什么吗？
错误是：

升级setuptools：

pip install --upgrade setuptools

如果没有，请尝试以下操作：

easy_install -U setuptools
