您需要阅读文档中名为“控制延迟”的部分。tl;dr是指您要将网络缓冲区超时设置为较小的值:

env.setBufferTimeout(timeoutMillis);

env.getCheckpointConfig().setCheckpointingMode(CheckpointingMode.AT_LEAST_ONCE);
