同样的请求在使用sope时也可以正常工作。同样的请求通过罚款发送时，没有特别重音字符。我试着对字符进行编码，但没有用。

找到了一个有效的方法：

但一个更优雅的解决方案可能是在cdata中 Package 类别，如：
