可以尝试修改环境变量的方式，修改路径。

在个人用户下的.bashrc中修改LD_LIBRARY_PATH, 但是不起作用，确定修改在系统中是生效的。但是paddle检测到的始终是/usr/local/cuda这个目录下所安装的cudnn版本。
paddle现在是否支持cudatoolkit+cudnn一起打包安装的方式？
还有一个问题，nccl的库目录是否可以用LD_LIBRARY_PATH单独设置呢？
