Describe the bug

改变 LayoutContent 区域 在 暗黑模式下背景色值，
即修改 component-background ，
这里不支持 设置 十六进制颜色的透明值，
但可以使用 RGB颜色透明值 ( 即RGBA颜色透明值 )

Reproduction

+ 'component-background': 'rgb(255 255 255 / 0%)', // #15151580 \ rgb(255 255 255 / 0%) / rgba(223,106,95,0%)

PS: 改动此文件，需要重新 yarn dev
