What problem does this feature solve?
Good, I would like to know if you are on your roadmap for the implementation of a break point on the Y axis to separate very extreme values and to give a more harmonious visibility to the graphics.

What does the proposed API look like?
A new parameter could be implemented within the Y eye configuration:
yAxis: { type: 'value', breaks:[{ breakSize:0, from:undefined, to:undefined, }] }
