- Open vue-devtools tab
- Try open menu, submenu
What is Expected?
Menu, submenu opens quickly
What is actually happening?
Serious lags before menu opens, high CPU usage, lags in vue-devtools

Maybe it's a problem with

Without vue-devtools the problem does not appear.
But without el-menu the problem does not appear too.
With this vue-devtools but on vue2 and element-ui no problems!
I can't figure out which side the problem is: vue-devtools or el-menu.

Same problem here. Lags appears also for
el-tooltipcomponent.And the behavior is the same as hartois' description.
Without vue-devtools the problem does not appear. But without el-menu the problem does not appear too.
