我想我解决了这个问题。我不得不创建一个自定义的AuthenticationEntryPoint并在异常处理中设置它,而不是创建一个AccessDeniedHandler的实现。

我也遇到了同样的问题,我试着按照正确的答案来解决,但它并没有解决这个问题。处理这个问题的最好方法是实现自定义的拒绝访问处理程序。AuthenticationEntryPoint实现最适合处理401,未授权访问,AccessDeniedHandler实现最适合处理403,禁止访问。
将实现类中AccessDeniedHandler的方法重写为:

public void handle(HttpServletRequest request, HttpServletResponse response, 
AccessDeniedException accessDeniedException) throws IOException, ServletException {
