BREW安装失败：curl(77)设置证书验证时出错

好的，所以我运行一个老的Mac 10.6.8与homebrew. brew医生报告没有错误，我已经尝试了brew修剪更新等每次我试图安装一个包，我得到这个错误：

但是PEM文件在那里...：

此错误消息表示curl无法使用openssl建立安全连接。您可以：
第一个

echo insecure >> ~/.curlrc
git config --global http.sslVerify false

然后重新安装openssl和curl

HOMEBREW_CURLRC=1 brew reinstall openssl curl

最后的

sed -i '/^insecure$/d' ~/.curlrc
git config --global http.sslVerify true

后藤keychain访问，并将所有系统根证书导出到/usr/local/etc/openssl目录中

Stone Info Labs的解决方案非常有效-
想要增加清晰度-
在/usr/local/etc/openssl中应该已经有一个cert.pem文件。它可能是一个空白文件。当您从Keychain导出系统根证书时，需要将Certificates.pem重命名为cert.pem。否则，您可以将原始证书代码复制并粘贴到该文件中。
你很快就能喝上了。

我对这个问题很生气。我的修复方法如下：

brew install openssl@3
mkdir -p  /usr/local/etc/openssl/certs/
ln -s /usr/local/etc/openssl@3/cert.pem /usr/local/etc/openssl/certs/cert.pem 
rbenv install 3.1.2
# success
