我刚刚在Heroku上部署了我的第一个Django应用程序，但是我注意到它没有任何CSS，就像我在本地机器上运行服务器一样。我知道静态文件有问题，但是即使我已经阅读了文档，我也不太理解它。我可以

您还需要将静态目录添加到urls.py文件中。

from django.conf import settings
from django.conf.urls.static import static

你不应该改变BASE_DIR
在settings.py中编辑STATIC_ROOT的值

STATIC_ROOT = os.path.join(BASE_DIR, 'static')

并再次运行collectstatic

我也遇到了同样的问题，但两个答案都不适合我。这样，我找到了这个解决方案：
我使用了STATICFILES_DIRS而不是STATIC_ROOT，并且debug应该变为true：

BASE_DIR = os.path.dirname(os.path.dirname(__file__))

Django在生产环境中不提供静态文件。通常，要在生产环境中提供Django静态文件，您需要设置一个独立的服务器，例如nginx。

STATIC_ROOT = os.path.join(BASE_DIR, 'static')

python manage.py collectstatic

如果问题仍然存在，则右键单击浏览器上的项目选项卡，然后导航至检查元素，然后找到网络选项卡并启用“禁用缓存”

如果你使用Nginx作为Django的代理反转，可能是你没有将位置设置为Nginx来知道静态文件在哪里，并将其指向Django。
在default.conf文件中添加。

location /static {
    alias /app/static;
}

并与Nginx容器共享Django静态文件：

Django容器：

    volumes:
        - static_data:/app/static

Nginx容器

   volumes:
       - static_data:/app/static

您可能需要再次创建静态文件，因此，对于该用途

python manage.py collectstatic

版本号：

Django==3.1.3
Python 3.6.9

起作用的设置：

STATIC_URL = '/static/'
# STATIC_ROOT = os.path.join(BASE_DIR, "static")
# STATIC_DIR = os.path.join(BASE_DIR, "static")
STATICFILES_DIRS = [
    os.path.join(BASE_DIR, "static"),
]
DEBUG = True

所以请去掉STATIC_ROOT和STATIC_DIR，改用STATICFILES_DIRS。遗憾的是，这只适用于DEBUG = True，即：这是不是为了生产。这个静态文件的问题是有多年的django，不幸的是django是如此固执己见与他们的框架可以't似乎为我们提供了一个工作意见，这在生产和开发环境中开箱即用。
