Torch太大了，不能推到heroku上，所以我就继续下去，决定把它从我的项目中拿出来。我卸载了Torch和Torch Vision，然后运行pip freeze -> requirements.txt

然后将我推到希禄面前做：

但是heroku一直在下载torch（Downloading torch-1.12.1-cp310-cp310-manylinux1_x86_64.whl (776.3 MB)），这导致我编译的slug大小太大。slug大小是964. 9。
我只是不想 Torch 被安装，但我不知道如何使它不推到heroku。
