**编辑：**根据@Kaylan的建议，我使用Azure CLI创建了一个新的函数应用，其中包含--runtime dotnet-isolated参数。然后我将函数部署到该应用中（使用devops管道和部署Azure函数任务），但我恐怕会继续看到相同的错误。

我也尝试过部署到固定的应用服务计划（而不是消费），但仍然遇到同样的问题。
