JMeter无法使用插件打开JMeter文件

我有一个错误，当我试图打开我保存的jmx（我的备份是一个星期前），
我尝试跟踪类似的问题，但无法用JMeter 3.1加载它。
我安装了新的JMeter 3.2并安装了所有可用插件，但仍然收到错误：

检查插件是否与JMeter 3.2兼容。
尝试使用创建计划的版本打开计划，并检查您没有使用在N+1版本中删除的弃用元素。

检查您使用的是最新的Jmeter软件。
目前在最新版本的Jmeter（3.2），如果您的jmx文件使用任何类型的插件和您的Jmeter没有安装该插件，它会显示您的。

检查您可能已经更新您的Java到Java11，请降级到Java8并尝试运行它，目前这是唯一的解决方案wht我觉得。
