-UseModernBuildSystem=NO添加到xcodebuild命令应该可以工作。

打开终端,导航项目根目录将YourUniversalFramework替换为您的项目名称和方案名称(如果需要),成功后运行命令,它将在build内生成universal文件夹
通用文件夹中的框架现在已准备好供设备和模拟器使用!
