当我访问www.example.com时subdomain.mysite.com.br，它按预期重定向到mysite.com.br/subdomain。但是，当我尝试访问subdomain.mysite.com.br/demo1时，它返回404。我希望它被重定向到mysite.com.br/subdomain/demo1

我猜你已经把这个规则放在了.htaccess文件的末尾（在WordPress代码块之后）。它需要放在.htaccess文件的顶部，在现有的WordPress指令之前（即# BEGIN WordPress注解标记之前）。规则的顺序很重要。
如果你把它放在文件的末尾，那么它只会把请求重定向到根目录，而不会重定向到/<something>（除非这恰好Map到一个物理文件或目录），这看起来就像你看到的那样。
