dayOfWeek是0到6。所以它不会匹配你的JSON数据。相反，你可以使用dayOfWeekIso，它是索引到你的喜好。所以改变这一行，我认为它应该工作的预期。

$dayOfTheWeek = Carbon::now()->dayOfWeekIso;

当找不到满足where条件的项时，对$notifications集合调用的firstOrFail方法将引发错误Illuminate\Support\ItemNotFoundException。
您可以捕获此异常并进行适当的处理，例如：
