您需要确保您的项目引用了所有必需的名称空间，例如，
HttpGetAttribute和列表中的所有其他名称空间实际上都属于System.Web.Mvc。如果你在VS中打开该项目的引用“文件夹”，你可能会在一些引用旁边看到警告标志。删除它们，然后重新添加。
要重新添加引用，首先删除它，然后右键单击References文件夹，然后单击Add Reference。单击左边的Assembles树视图项，然后在右边的搜索框中键入

首先确保基本项目（没有对其他项目的任何引用）生成正常。如果没有，请检查项目树中的References文件夹。如果任何图标有警告，则对库的引用无效。

此问题很可能是由于未还原Nuget包造成的。如果您的团队未将Nuget包签入源代码管理，则需要在解决方案资源管理器中右键单击该解决方案并选择“启用Nuget包还原”，然后重新生成该解决方案。
