当部署一个war文件时，它是web服务调用，我得到了这样的异常

您使用的CXF版本需要一个“安全XMLInputFactory”。WoodStox 4.2.0提供了这样一个XMLInputFactory。
看起来WoodStox 4.2.0已经是CXF的一个依赖项，所以您必须有另一个XMLInputFactory实现，它在WoodStox之前被类加载器拾取。
我也遇到了同样的问题，对我来说，是GlassFish实现导致了冲突。
如果您使用Maven，请仔细检查您的依赖项。
最后你可以调试到CXF中，在org.apache.cxf.staxutils.StaxUtils.createXMLInputFactory中设置一个断点，然后重启你的服务器，你会看到你使用的实现包含在哪个jar中，试着从WEB-INF/lib中删除这个jar，看看会发生什么。

问题出在你的Webservices impl类上，因为如果我们开发的是合约优先的Web服务，那么我们的CXF工具将生成所有的绑定类、服务接口和它的实现类。
所以如果你检查一次你生成的impl类，它会像下面这样：

在将旧项目升级到Java 11并切换到Apache CXF 4.0.0后，我遇到了同样的情况。
在我的案例中，这个问题的根本原因是缺少对类org.codehaus.stax2.XMLInputFactory2的依赖。
解决这个问题的方法是将库stax 2-API-4.2.1.jar包含到项目的类路径中。
