我想回答我自己的问题，以防人们为同样的问题而挣扎。
基本上，我浏览了package.json文件中列出的所有软件包。删除了未使用的，并更新了其余的一些，而不是全部。另外，运行npx expo-doctor，并修复了需要修复的所有内容。确保我的项目中没有android目录，eas构建成功。
