您链接的项目使用Gradle Version Catalog声明依赖项。依赖项在gradle/libs.version.toml文件中声明,而不是在build.gradle文件中声明。我认为你没有正确设置版本目录。请检查this version catalog file并将其添加到您的项目中。
javax.inject.Inject依赖性由Java JDK提供。您不需要为它添加任何依赖项。Hilt在后台使用它进行依赖注入,而您已经有了Hilt dependencies
