看起来我并没有真正设置LLVM_INSTALL_DIR。我尝试在调用configure.bat时使用-D，而不是在调用cmake时使用-D。使用-DLLVM_INSTALL_DIR=/path/to/llvm调用cmake似乎实际上设置了LLVM_INSTALL_DIR。
