bin文件夹中可能缺少此程序集。如果在全局程序集缓存（GAC）中引用它，则可能会发生这种情况。在Visual Studio中检查项目引用，找到这个程序集，按F4（您将看到它的属性），然后将Copy Local设置为true。在这种情况下，部件将始终复制到bin文件夹中。
