我想用自定义HTML文件设置根路由。

它似乎指向我的HomeController#index方法，但它没有在浏览器上呈现<h1>hi</h1>。
这是我的终端输出：

您需要更改HomeController以直接使用rails，因为这将是一个非api控制器：

require 'rails/application_controller'

class HomeController < Rails::ApplicationController
  def index
    render file: 'app/views/home/index.html'
  end
end

路径app/views/home/index.html是视图所在的位置。
