.net VSTO Word加载项不再成功运行

此问题在我尝试调试的所有项目中都出现过。安装已发布的版本时也会出现此问题。
已尝试但未能产生功能性加载项的内容：

  • 重建解决方案
  • 在同事的机器上重建
  • 使用新的VM，重新安装Visual Studio 2022和VSTO。
  • 在不同版本的Word（2304、2208、2102、64位、32位）和不同计算机上安装加载项。
  • 更改自签名编码证书

似乎唯一的工作是安装加载项在Windows XP（Word版本2022），但由于Windows XP的性质，它会在用户注销后被擦除。此外，在此问题出现之前安装加载项的用户不会看到任何问题。此问题仅发生在新安装中。
我怀疑是环境改变了。

所以看起来发生的事情是我们的赛门阻止了DLL。
