对我来说，在检查了其他所有内容之后，问题出在空路径上。
不要使用空Path -->“/”部署API
总是给它一个给予这样的路径--> '/API/data'
空路径会让API认为favicon.ico是您试图传递的ID.
在我的情况下，例如我用途：
app.use（"/API/emps”，require（'./routes/employees. routes'））

这可以通过两种方式解决：
1)如果您忘记设置启动脚本，通常会抛出此错误！Heroku要求将Procfile（如果您想覆盖Heroku的默认启动命令）与您的应用文件一起上传沿着。
Procfile的内容应该是这样的：
web: node index.js（即指定要为应用程序运行的node命令）
2)如果你不想上传一个Procfile，那么你可以在package.json中的"scripts"中指定你的命令（你已经做了），同时你需要在package.json中添加"build":"webpack"。
你还用"heroku-postbuild"替换了"build"脚本..

在React中，我做了两件事。一件解决了：）
1.使用https://favicon.io/favicon-converter/添加了favicon和manifest
1.从package.json中删除了未使用的软件包，您还应该向devDependencies添加开发依赖项
