v1.8.19 偏好设置第一次保存已经成功了，第二次进入偏好设置后判断是否有变更的逻辑有点问题，现在偏好设置统一交互逻辑为保存之后生效，修复下版本发布

先点下放弃 在修改设置保存就行了
搞的我都强迫症了 每次点到设置里面就要先点下放弃
就是不知道添加的tracker有没有保存到
