3-2-1向上拖动, 在3-1和3-1-1之间有两个放置位置, 靠上的位置会将节点放到与3-1, 3-2同级而不是与3-1-1同级

3-2-1成为3-1的子节点, 在3-1-1上方

3-2-1与3-1/3-2同级

I think it's reasonable to drop

while it's not reasonable to drop 3-2-1 under 3-1-1 when i drag it close to 3-1, it seems you drop it closer to 3-2 rather than 3-1
