I had the same issue. You only have to install the latest VisualC++ Redistributable from Microsoft to fix the issue: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/cpp/windows/latest-supported-vc-redist?view=msvc-170#latest-microsoft-visual-c-redistributable-version

You van use Abbodi1406 version, it will install all versions and it's always updated: https://github.com/abbodi1406/vcredist/releases/
