For me, it unfortunately doesn't work. With the option "Based on CPU time" I have the same issue mentioned in this thread, the CPU utilization showed by Traffic Monitor is way below the value of Task Manager. But when I choose the checkbox "Use the performance counter" the CPU utilization stays at 0% and doesn't change at all. What can I do? Anyone with the same issue?
