TrafficMonitor Allow specifying the number of decimal places for netspeed units

It would be useful to specify the number of decimal places that are shown for Download and Upload speed.
I'd like to set even no decimal places at all because it doesn't really matter if download speed is e.g. 31.03 KB/s or just 31 KB/s and it saves valuable visible space in the taskbar.
