本地客户端版本 2.4.0 获取nacos配置 成功，测试环境获取nacos配置失败 切换版本为2.1.2 本地，测试获取配置都成功

用低版本，安全扫描过不了，不让发布上线，

报错日志没有，启动的时候只是提示配置获取为空，然后就没有相关的报错信息了
