Steps to reproduce
Use Chrome to Debug Page (simulate Mobile Mode), This Option List Can Not Scroll By Touch.
What is expected?
Select's Options Can Scroll By Touch.
What is actually happening?
Select's Options Can Not Scroll By Touch.
When I add the Touch lisener, I find that This will choose the option when touchend.
