What problem does this feature solve?

This functionality solves the vue created () when the ajax dynamic gives the select value, and the select component triggers the @on-Change event.

What does the proposed API look like?

Select component adds props prevent-default, adding event on-click.The on-click event returns newVal,oldVal two parameters.We can manually assign values in this event.
