Steps to reproduce
affix包裹的高度100px， affix达到指定top固定时，affix下方内容网上顶了100px，导致有些小屏幕上产生闪烁，滚动条拉不动
What is expected?
affix包裹的高度如果是100，当affix固定时下方内容应该不会往上顶100，应该保持不变；不会闪烁，affix应该能动态获取自身高度。
What is actually happening?
闪烁，下方内容网上弹

Steps to reproduce
100px affix package, affix top to achieve a specified fixed, affix below the top of the 100px content on the web, resulting in some flashing on the small screen, scroll bar pull
What is expected?
If the affix package height is 100, when the affix is fixed below the content should not be top 100, should remain unchanged; not flicker, affix should be able to get their own highly dynamic.
What is actually happening?
Blinking, below content online bombs
