Environment

Dubbo version: 3.2

Steps to reproduce this issue

Expected Behavior

Two minutes of aggregate data is missing one item compared with direct count statistics

Actual Behavior

RequestTotal in 2m is same as dubbo_provider_requests_total_aggregate

I noticed that the containers of the two indicators are different. Is it possible that it is caused by TimeWindowCounter?
