Steps to reproduce
Provide v-model to el-calendar. Click "next" or "previous" month.
What is Expected?
Should change calendar to the next or previous month.
What is actually happening?
When clicking "previous", the calendar skips back 2 months.
When clicking "next", nothing happens.

This only happens when v-model is used.
