Steps to reproduce
Watch resizeable textareas on mobile devices. The resize icon is rendered as dot?
What is expected?
IMO, the icon should not be present or be the default icon on mobile devices.
What is actually happening?
Weird rendering of a dot

Hello! I'd like to fix this. Can i try?
I more like solution where the icon should not be present on mobile devices,
as most mobile browsers do not support the CSS resize property, however on this browsers
this grab ico is not visible, there is no need to do something additional, what should i do ?
PR welcome. Personally, I think the solution is if the browser supports css resize, fix it, if not, hide it.
